Mid-Valley IPA Employee Benefit Trust

In May 2005, the Mid-Valley IPA Employee Benefit Trust was licensed as a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement by the State of Oregon Department of Business and Consumer Services.  The main goal of this plan is to offer an alternative to fully insured group health benefits to employer members of the Mid-Valley IPA. 

This plan is only available to members of the Mid-Valley IPA and their employees.  At present time, there are three differing medical plans with or without prescription drug benefits, as well as optional dental and vision benefits to select from.

Over 65 clinics representing close to 2000 patients are now enrolled on the plan.  If you are a member of the Mid-Valley IPA and are interested in an alternative to your current group health plan, please contact the Mid-Valley IPA at 503-371-7701, extension 107.
